Westchester County

  • On Saturday, Sept., 28, State Police from Brewster arrested Jason M. Curnen, 26, of Bedford, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Alexander J. Sannella, 27, of Yonkers, for DWI. He was traveling on Mile Square Road in the city of Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 28, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Alexander J. Sannella, 27, of Yonkers, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Milan, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Sept. 29, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Alberto Vitiello, 29, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Mount Pleasant, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Sept. 29, State Police from Stormville arrested David J. Areizaga, 39, of Ossining, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Kent, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Sept. 30, State Police from Somers arrested James J. Finegan, 59, of Rye, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on I-684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Sept. 30, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Harry G. Weis, 57, of Yorktown, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Tamarack Drive in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.

Putnam County

  • On Friday, Sept. 27, State Police from Brewster arrested Hernan D. Ruiz Jaramillo, 39, of Patterson, for DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 28, State Police from Brewster arrested Robert L. Grosz, 22, of Southeast, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Sept. 29, State Police from Stormville arrested Joseph M. Devito, 45, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sept. 30, State Police from Brewster arrested Fredi P. Quezada Quezada, 39, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Patterson, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Saturday, Sept. 28, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Stacy M. Womacsko, 26, of Washington, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Sept. 29, State Police from Wappinger arrested James W. Tomlinson, 25, of Beacon, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the city of Beacon, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Sept. 30, State Police from Wappinger arrested Glenn A. Conklin, 57, of Poughkeepsie, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, and Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both felonies. He was traveling on Myers Corners Road in the town of Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
